§1. General assumptions
§1.1 Everyone has right to start playing on the server, except people punished earlier with blockade.
§1.2 Playing on server is free but there is a posibility to make it easier through premium and xshop.
§1.3 Administration reserves every right to all changes and to close server without any earlier information.
§1.4 Every witness of breaking a regulations has responsibility to report.
§1.5 All items in game don't have „real” value so they can't be sold for real money. Players don't have any rights for this items.
§1.6 Every breaking of any Regulations point will result with adequate punishment
§1.7 Informations about start and end of the season will be published on the website.
§1.8 The administration reserves the right to change the regulations at any time, changes will be obligation immediately.
§2. Etic
§2.1 The name(player/guild) can not contain vulgarity.
§2.2 It is forbidden to insult and humiliate other players.
§2.3 It is forbidden to write vulgarity on post chat.
§2.4 Guild Master is resposible for culture in his guild and he decide about consequences.
§2.5 In cities are the same rules as in public places. (edytowane)
§3.Game
§3.1 Player has the right kill other players on server PVP. ( The exception is the crywolf event)
§3.2 Spot can be taken by other player.
§3.3 Using suspicious items will be punished with permanent ban.
§4. Events
§4.1 Rules of the event are determing before event and everyone has to keep them
§4.2 Total prohibition of killing on event organized by game masters* (*exception is PK event)
§4.3 Winner of the event has 24 hours to take his reward.
§5. Donate
§5.1 Donations are voluntary contributions made by users to support the server and cannot be refunded.
§5.2 Points or items granted as part of a donation are a form of gratitude for supporting the server and are not considered commercial good.
§5.3 Points or items received through donations:
- Do not carry over to the next edition of the server.
- Cannot be exchanged for other points or items after being granted.
§5.4 Making a donation does not constitute a purchase agreement. Users contribute voluntarily to support the server.
